Paris Paris jest uroczą knajpką w centrum Gliwic. Lokal na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się malutki, w górnej sali jest tylko pięć stolików, jednakże szybko okazuje się, że w podziemiu znajdują się kolejne pomieszczenia. Wszystko urządzone jest w bardzo przytulnym, rustykalnym stylu, także po wejściu do środka już nie ma się ochoty stamtąd wychodzić :) Jeden ze stolików znajdujących się przy oknie ma zamiast krzeseł wiszące fotele, więc możecie sobie wyobrazić, jak fajnie jest się na nich rozłożyć i leniwie popijać cafe au lait. W menu znajdziemy nie tylko kawy, herbaty i ciasta, ale także dość spory wybór śniadań (croissanty, tosty, bagietki) i dań obiadowych typowych dla kuchni francuskiej (naleśniki, tarty, potrawy z kaczki, sałatki, a nawet żabie udka, ślimaki i foie gras), którymi można rozkoszować się popijając francuskie wina. Z Dorotą skusiłyśmy się na klasyczny croissant au beurre i croque monsieur i zdecydowanie możemy je polecić, bo są naprawdę smaczne.

Paris Paris is a charming café situated in the center of Gliwice. When you first look at it, the place seems very little, as there are only five tables in the room on the ground floor but you can quickly notice that there are more rooms underground. Everything is furnished in a rustic, cozy style, so once you enter, you don’t really want to go out :) One of the tables has sort of armchairs hanging from the ceiling instead of typical chairs so imagine how great it is to sit there and drink your café au lait. When you look through the menu, you can find there not only coffee, tea and cakes but also diversified breakfasts (croissants, toasts, baguettes) and dishes typical for the French cuisine (crêpes, tarts, duck, salads as well as foie gras, snails or frog legs), which you can savor drinking French wine. With Dorota, we ordered the classic croissant au beurre and croque monsieur and we can definitely recommend both to you cause they’re really delicious.

Warto dodać, że w Paris Paris poza zjedzeniem czegoś dobrego i napiciem się kawy można wziąć udział w różnego rodzaju wydarzeniach, takich jak obchody Beaujolais Nouveau, czy pokaz paryskich trendów w stylizacji i makijażu. Poza tym, Paris Paris jest także szkołą języka francuskiego. Jest to na pewno jedno z ciekawszych miejsc w Gliwicach, więc koniecznie do niego zajrzyjcie i zakochajcie się w nim tak samo, jak my :)

It’s worth adding that in Paris Paris apart from eating something good and having a cup of coffee, you can participate in different events like the celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau or a presentation of French trends in makeup and styling. Apart from that, Paris Paris is a school of French. It’s one of the most interesting places in Gliwice so we advise you to check it out and fall in love in it just like we did :)
